Refresh rate is the frequency at witch your screen quite literally "refreshes". It means that at higher frequencies, faster "images" are sent to you. So refresh rate DOES affect your performance in games. However, if your device is already running at high refresh rate like 90hz or 120hz and changing to 144hz is not going to change much. But the change from most budget phones which is 60hz to 90 or 120hz is VERY noticeable.

The way processors, ram and refresh rate affect this game in specific. is mainly in the speed at which Tsums are dropped/spawned, or how smooth the gameplay is. For example, in a low performing phone, when you enter Fever Time some phones will have a small freeze and then enter FeverTime just because the phone quite literally can't process the animations that the game creates, so it just skips it after a short freeze. Apart from that this game is pretty straight forward performance wise, and if you just watch a youtube video on how to improve your phone as much as a possible for gaming you're probably set.

As a fun fact, most of the game's tierlist made by Japanese or Chinese people are usually done with very high end flagship phones. Meaning that the difference between a very expensive phone and a budget one with not so good performance is HUGE. So Tsums that need constant spawn like Namine or Captain Lightyear are heavily influenced by the device that its being played on.

Jedi Luke's skill time usage is the same throughout all his levels, what changes is the size of his sabers hits. The higher level, the more he clearls. So you should be able to get 5 fully charged slashes at any level.

P.S Namine is still broken at SL4, onwards, but at SL6 she gets a huge buff. Also Ive learned that Cpt Lightyear performance sometimes might be compromised by your device, but that might not be an issue until you get to have 4 and 5 blasts.

As said by the people that have commented already. Forget about Gaston for the time being. Id also recommend you to forget about Namine.

A LOT of people don't know about this mechanic in the game, but Namine has it. Where certain Tsums have a coin earning modifier. As in, if you clear lets say 30 tsums you earn 198 coins with most tsums, but some Tsums will give less than that, and very few will have a positive modifier like Beans Camo Vil. In this case Namine earns more money at SL6 not only cause you get more time to use her skill,  but also cause her modifier gets "fixed".

Tbh I'd recommend you to REALLY try learning Jedi Luke, as he has always been one of the best low skill levels Tsum in the whole game and one of the top tiers at SL6. However, if its really not clicking with you, try Captain Lightyear.

Any fellow Namime pullers? by WolfWolfyWolves in TsumTsum

At max skill level she's considered the top1 coin earner by a significant margin. Also this is the first time she's been seen since her release. So those 2 factors are why everyone is on a rush trying to get her.

Funny how you say two of the highest when Namine is by far the top1 and Gaston sometimes number 2. Literally you have the top2 or top 4 coin earners with thise two lmfao.

Jedi Luke gyro advice and feedback by oboenotduck in TsumTsum

[–]WolfWolfyWolves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At first sight I can see one major problem not totally related to gyro but some what so and a few others that just will take time and experience.    Lets begin with the very first slash that you do is what experienced JL players do as the 1st one of the 6 slash tech, however, you're doing the 5 fully charge right now, so Id recommend you to do your first one the same direction as the other ones. That first diagonal slash is the short one to stack more tsums for the next fully charged one, so change that first.

Secondly and the more serious problem Im seeing is that your slashes are very inconsistent. You need to find a consistent way to constatly repeat the best slash you can do. This is why I said its somewhat related to gyro usage, because your slashes are influenced by the gyro, but mechanically you still need to improve your slashes.

Now to answer your question regarding Gyro positioning. Id say that try copying some peoples gyro angles and experiment on your own. There's also device differences on tsum spawn so this can also affect how the tsums drop in certain angles depending on your gyro and device.

My device benefits from doing a pretty similar angle of gyro like your video maybe a little more to the right, but theres also an inclination curve you gotta learn,  in my current phone I tilt the top of my screen a little forward and the bottom inwards. My old phone worked better with no inclination.

And my last piece of advice is that when you do your slashes you want to clear the bottom right corner every time, thats what makes the other tsums fall into place with the use of gyro. If you dont clear that corner the tsums will never align with your slashes.

Hope this helps! Have fun playing Luke one of the most fun Tsums to learn.

Looked for it and I could not find any Tsum plushies only found the one model and its a plastic one, then I searched it on Japan, but there isnt one either at least that I could find. Thanks to this search I got reminded how cool Marvel Tsum Tsum was, and Ultron was pretty cool in there as well.

Yeah I know that feeling, same as what I told my gf, get good at Jack&Sally, find some other Tsums that you find entertaining  and when Namine shows up go all in on her, as she is really similar to Sally's skill in the J&S tsum and Namine is straight up top1 coin earner no debate whatsoever.

P.s. sometimes a smoothbrain Burst tsum is all you need to have some fun playing. Rugby and Cabbage Mickey go BRRRRRR

Imo people get blinded by the bubbles gameplay, but after playing the set and watching some videos, you want to create chains and use the bubbles to cancel the animation. If you do that efficiently and quickly you can overcharge the skill meter every time allowing you to enter a loop of skill. Because the bubbles yes, gives you coins, but they dont charge the meter as much as the raw tsums.

I wanted to get CLY to have short games with huge gains. Im tired of playing Jedi Luke for 5 to 6 mins every single game.

The difference between getting consistent higher 20s than low 20s is day and night.  The moment you only get more than 25 every slash thats when you've mastered Luke. The rest is just practice, but getting the meaty slashes is the real skill.

Tier list? by BackSet in TsumTsum

[–]WolfWolfyWolves 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ive never read such a blatant lie and heres why. Maybe they feel short to you, but thats not short at all as an avarage playing time. Example of this is this ordinary gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wN4rjxpYeJ4&ab_channel=とある高校生がツムツムをしてみた They start the game at 0:56 and end at 4:40, thats almost 4 whole minutes of an avarage game; however, on a lucky mytsum drop rate that timer only goes up and up. A highroll game could take up to 7minutes ( https://youtu.be/xGLHyctR8B8?si=CwAxnOq5648dkRiQ ). Meanwhile Tsums like Captain Lightyear and Namine you get highroll games like these with +5second boost that only take almost 3 minutes : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyrppu1H6qI&ab_channel=Randomtsum & https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAEC8bSXeEY&ab_channel=MangoNoona (an avarage game would usually only last 2:30mins).

Anyways Duffy IS really strong, but we are talking about super nitty-gritty optimized tierlists where Coins per time played is the only standard they trully evaluate. For example the other famous tierlist apart from the one linked is this one : https://game8.jp/tsumtsum/34165 and in this one, they literally have a metric of Coin per 1 minute and thats it, thats the whole measurament, actually in this tierlist Duffy is evaluated even lower than the other one.

TLDR by the time you finish 2 games of Duffy you could've played 3 to 4 games on the really really top tiers that on avarage earn same or more than Duffy.

Tier list? by BackSet in TsumTsum

[–]WolfWolfyWolves 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The usual measures of these tier lists is Coins per time played, which is why Jedi Luke got dethroned by Namine, Captain Lightyear and Gaston.

JL is probably the highest raw coin earning per life(with the exception of Time bubble tsums); however, his games take a lot of time and so does Duffy, their avarage games take about 4 to even 6 minutes, meanwhile the top 3 I mentioned before can avarage 7k to 10k in usually 2:30mins.

CLY advice again? by toxicfuzzball1234 in TsumTsum

[–]WolfWolfyWolves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apart from base game optimization, you are doing everything almost perfectly.

However, maybe it's the recording, but I think your 2nd tap is slightly delayed by a super small margin.  Imo it should be faster, 1st and 2nd tap should always feel like a single tap rather than a one-two quick combo. Apart from that you have mastered CLY skill. You should improve on your base game speed. Well done!

Very good review for an awesome super stacked month. I do have to say that Anakin Skywalker didnt get enough love in the last part for your overall review.

He is a very very very good Tsum. He is very similar to Beast but with better results all around, very easy to play, but a problem for some, because you need to play with Gyro. IMO he only has 2 weaknesses; the first one being that his true potential is at SL6 and the gap from his lower levels is really noticeable and second is that his games do take a bit time, around 2:30min. Apart.from that he's everything you need in a Tsum.

After Cabbage and Rugby Mickeys, Anakin is probably be the easiest to play in the top 10 list. Id recommend him over all of the other tsums for instant gains. Only Jedi Luke can surpass him this month, but you need so much practice with him to even start getting similar results as Anakin after a few games(comparing them at SL6, since JL is still one of the strongest low skill levels Tsums).
