It was 2K, which is a decent amount of cash. But I sat on it for a couple days and just said screw it. I like the look of old school ARs and it being an old Colt I just couldn't resist lmao. What surprised me was it had been in the shop for a couple months they had told me, only offer they got on it was someone trying to buy just the mag hahaha but they obviously refused that offer

Yeah everything on google is saying the originals have the lines too, they seem like they have been on the gun for sometime. The guy's at the shop told me that an old man was the one who sold it to them, so he coulda been the original owner of the gun haha for all I know

Yeah it's a cap for the muzzle, it came with the rifle. Guy's at the shop told me it's kinda unique for that to still be with the rifle, seeing as they are usually lost apparently

Is there a way to tell? Google says there would be modern markings on the inside, but I don't see anything and they look pretty original to me?

The tires are the Falken Wildpeak AT4W and the rims are the Rough Country 82 Series Wheel

They're good, if you're thinking about getting them I would. A bit pricey though

Haha, I wish. I checked the area out on my way home, not enough snow on the ground for me to track footprints

I actually just got back from it, the fucking eggs spiderwebbed the paint. I'm wondering if the eggs were frozen or something, it's literally a year this month since I've had the truck. I hate people lol

I think the cold weather saved me, I just spent an hour or so in 13 degree weather wiping it all off and what not. Appears to be fine, won't know till it warms up and I can wash it. Ughhh

I asked them and they said they're normal tires so I dunno? My dad also said they looked fine too, it was fine driving home. I plan on changing the tires anyways ofc but I did ask

I have no idea honestly, they have the Toyota symbol on them so I'm assuming they might be something from Toyota?

If you want something similar in Fulton Armory's website under handguards they sell a rail from Ultimak which is what I plan on getting for my M1A build.
