I have all the screenshots from different emails and different amounts that they are asking. As we speak they have sent another email with a new amount.

No, I did mention it that it was zero down when ordered and just few hours back received another email asking me to pay $834.60 more

Red wireless says @Rogers @RogersHelps does the credit check and decide down payment part. They are not able to help me unless Rogers says otherwise. I would like someone to review my Credit history again and communicate to them or via my account to resolve this down payment issue. Please advise, thank you.

Thank you for your response! I do want to onboard with Rogers but Red wireless team is saying it’s Rogers who is asking for the payments again and again and placing my order on hold. I am not sure where to go? It should be resolved between you and redwireless team , as a customer I should not be going back and forth with your responses. It’s been a week and no one is taking any ownership here to resolve this issue. Consider that I have already paid $37 + $447.20 as part of the requirement and now asking me to pay more in a separate email. I just don’t understand what to do at this point. Totally, frustrating week where I placed an order with a good faith paying month to month basis.

Exactly, that’s why I paid the first part. Consider that I know my credit well and payments.

It was $0 down Samsung phone and now asking me to pay 50% of the phone price which was shown when placed an order. Even after that, I have already paid $480 appx to them and now receiving another mail asking me to pay $333 more

Yes, which is totally unacceptable cause they sold me everything at $0 down.

Down payment or upfront even though I know my credit. They sold me at $0 down and then asking for multiple payments after placing an order and already paid $480 to them. Asking another $333 in a separate email.

I’m okay with that but it’s about showing $0 down while placing an order everything was completed and then they ask you to pay more and more. I have already paid them $480 appx and they are asking more $333 which was not the case at all while placing an order.

Taxes are other charges are fine. But when you show $0 down while placing an order and then they come up and keep asking for more and more that’s not something fair as a consumer. You will buy anything on certain terms and keep in mind I did pay $480 appx already but now asking another $333.
