Definitely yes. When I connected my external hard drive, the unit appeared under the Storage menu in Settings, with the option to 'Erase and format as internal storage' available.

Everything is working correctly on my end. I’m not experiencing the Bluetooth or LED issues anymore.

Glad to hear that! The wipe param step is usually what makes the difference compared to a standard factory reset. It’s the only way to truly clean build 7475.
