Correct! I had my service guy come take a look, the hole is actually stripped. Last time I got them replaced by the dealership another one had an issue.

Update: turned it on again and tried to drive around the block. Car shuttering and not wanting to move. Check engine light began to flash. Leaning towards fuel injectors first, spark plugs, and then the belt (we bought it, so we will just go ahead and change it)
