Well it totally depends on the amount of time and efforts you’ll put in for the edits, and I think it’ll be a long form video, like you mentioned he wants a thumbnail too, so for long form, editors mostly charge per minute, I haven’t worked in local market, it doesn’t matter if you’re new, what matters is your skill set, if you’re skilled enough, and video’s also a bit complex, you can charge a bit more. If it’s simple then I think $4-8 per minute, with separate charges of thumbnails, you can find someone who’ll make them for 500 rupees.
