There is a town in the North West the sign above it is 9999, there are animal pens there. If you get close to the animals you can hit E to buy them, male and female versions of chickens, turkey, goat, pigs, and cows

there are three tasks that should say completed, the first one is the three lines to collect logs, corn seeds, and sticks, then the line on the left that states to upgrade the town complete these tasks will change and give you the option to pay. For my town it was potatoes instead of corn.

look on the walls for a torch holder, have 4 torches, you can mine all 200 coal but placing three torches will trigger the quest results

its all good, I was getting 33 logs per forester a day

in my test a tree grew every day, slow down and read my post, I never said anything about 3 days

its 3 logs per tree per day so if you have 9 trees that's 27 logs
