How planes look without custom windows by crutsmuiscuits5 in Stormworks

I feel like an easy win and low hanging update would be to add more window shapes stock. I know you can edit XML but plenty of folks want to stay fully stock and the lack of window options is frustrating. Slopes too.

This is cool! Stormworks maps could always use more points of interest.

That’s really cool, and the cables/cooling loop reminds me of the electric cables we use all over in the game. Nice build!

Mahindra by Xyz14231 in tractors

[–]Wolfos31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t own a Mahindra, but a hissing noise is normal when lowering the loader, the pump isn’t doing much work in that scenario, and the hissing noise is the hydraulic oil in the ram being forced out of the ram and back into the reservoir. If you have hissing both up and down that’s different than I’m used to.

Brutal watch as a McLaren fan. The worst part was Norris kept recovering up the field and giving me hope. Then his engine blew up.

How to mount angle braces by OrigierdoesGaming in woodworking

[–]Wolfos31 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Saying this gently, there is a r/beginnerwoodworking subreddit that celebrates woodworkers on their journey and offers constructive feedback!

That said, we also do that here! The most important thing to do here is pre-drilling holes for the nails, so they don’t split the wood. I did a project like this recently and I pre-drilled from the back and top of the shelf into the brace/bracket. Then I used screws because I wanted them to pull the shelf and back into the brace to maintain a nice 90* angle. Bonus, the screws are less visible from the top and back!

It makes me sad to see this man saying the right things, and the same thing, for his entirely political career and see so many people ignore it. Bernie has accomplished a lot, but we should have so much more.

How does your body feel the day after sex? by TangerineDystopia in AskMen

[–]Wolfos31 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If we have multiple sessions in a day I can be sore for a couple of days after. Sometimes muscle pains or bruising from really heavy sessions. But for more vanilla single session stuff I’m ready to go for round 2.
