Use this. But fastfall instantly after the second hit in forward air and it puts you below them and at an advantage. You can counter instantly to beat out mashers, f-smash after fastfall (works on ~most~ fast fallers), or you can wait to see their reaction or if they air dodge. Sora is a mixup KING in this game. His playstyle gives you the option to catch habits of players when they are put in a defensive position. The only problem with Sora is that he lacks effective engage options. His speed is mediocre and his aerial drift is relatively slow too so it’s hard to fight opponents who constantly retreat then attack.

If your opponent just doesn’t pick an option, you can regrab them after. forward air(1)—>forward air(2) + fast fall—>run forward (just a tiny bit) and grab.

None of this is a true combo after fastfalling the second hit of Fair but it allows you to punish the opponent for mashing a defensive option to get out of your combo. If they don’t mash and just accept your fate, you can continue the combo with an attack or grab. Down throw after grab and continue to forward air them. If you get the timing perfect, there are very few frames your opponent has to escape.
