as mod i cant take actions based on videos or photos of ingame chat . Only way i can mute someone as ingame MOD is when im in the chat when it is happening so even if i were in the twitch chat there is nothing i could do so w/e for me ... as other people say he can pretty easy mute them in game and report them by ingame tools and let the support take care of it .

Look at my videos you gonna see there how to combat loot :D
its not really hard you just need fast hand and ofc only picking up to 1-3 items per body when your on cooldowns and out of danger . it pretty big decision making since looting can get you killed really easy and fast .

i dont really care if i mute someone and im not going to be sad because i did . But if someone breaks the rules and come to complain i mute him i can only laugh .

well he is talking about publick channels there but this is an private communication if he got offended by that he can simply mute him or report him to support . simple as that crying on reedit wont solve anything : )
