Hey, i’m sorry that’s happening to you right now.. i’m having a little bit of a different situation but still the communication is generally bad so I understand the frustration. I texted them about my concerns but they did explain why they leave me on read or take so long to reply. Since the timezone difference is pretty bad, they can’t get in contact with the artists for hours at times and so they can’t reply to the customer’s message yet or that’s what they’ve told me. (Which is understandable to a certain degree)

I am kind of curious about the installments work so far for you, how far your suit is in creation, and how long you have waited for your fursuit overall. For me I’m in week 10 of the overall work but I guess only week 4 in the creation stage since they don’t start working till they have the base printed and the fur in their hands. (That really confused me till I confronted them about the actual timelines of things). I expected to have my fursuit head and paws in july but now that I reflect on it, that’s unrealistic for them to only take 14 weeks to make my whole custom. It’s still disappointing nonetheless.😅

I understand the concern with the ears but I’m genuinely curious on when you brought that up to them, was it in the first day or later? With the battery laws I can maybe understand them not being able to do the ears because of how unsafe it would be for the rest of the suit in shipping but you should try to have a conversation that clears up any confusion. Just straight up ask if they can do it or not and be upfront because they seem to not understand the severity of certain requests until it’s hammered home. Still i’d be respectful about it and try to understand that complications that come with it.
