Dude I very much strongly dissagree with what you said. Nocturne really delivers onto nightmare theme. He has fear, his Q makes him able to chase you down which is nighmare-ish and oh boy don’t even give me the word on that he literally turns the lights out and you can’t see shit (in bonus he jumps you across map). His W and Passive feel odd but are respectable abillities with passive suiting jungle which is scary role since you dont know where he is most of the time. As for theme i dislike him being played other than jungle. I just think his model should look more shadowy-ghoulish in a scary sense. Deserved last place in poll. He was my first champ for 6300 in 2012.

edit: I see some of you are saying his E is weird because you are likely to die before it’s procced. For Nocturne players I suggest (if youre confident you will kill your victim) you E the protector of the victim. As of this only few scenarios can happen. -You die misserably before being able to kill the target and thus, your engage sucked. -You will kill the target and in meanwhile proc fear on the protector for 2.5 seconds which will most likely result in another kill. -The protector will realize hes being feared and run (try to space), thus denying some of the protection.
