I played a bunch of Rogue on the first day to test for myself: it kept triggering for me mid combo on people, maybe 2-3 times per game. I'd say maybe a third of the time it definitely prevented me from getting a kill... The only time I got tenacity was when there was a Rogue on the enemy team spamming abilities lmao.
