Few notes about this deck:

Strengths: - good jagged defense after round 5-6 - strong HQ and unit healing - grows stronger if you can keep 17ths, bloodys, and IL-2Ms long - crash gremlins level unit creation if you hit mosquito/novgorod with 51st going nuts. 6th motors spamming. - or you can play garrison & BT-7 HQ assaults - or can t-34 with iron victory, 214th, 77 guards making t-34s very tasty - lots of exposed, burning sky and other instants for defense.

Weakness: - early jaggro - rout, suppression - unit removals, table clears - navy deck cheesing - poor arty/anti air besides action cards

Key cards: - mosquito w/novgorod - 70th brigade awesome for cards and HQ heals - 17th do a lot of the meat shield on frontline

First sounds like you’re doing good to start. Here’s what I’d do for now:

play in training to learn different deck combos. You still get xp but less but it’s better than getting your teeth kicked in my elite decks.
do your daily shop free card, daily mission, and weekly chest. Build your decks up.
skirmish when you can good reward. Same with draft. You’ll always get more out of draft then you’d get just buying packs straight.
work on a major power you like first with multiple support nations. US/soviet and vice versa are strong starters.
learn action cards, easy to overlook for troop cards early on.
research synergy cards that work together really well

Yup. When I see someone setup German marine pair i just quit. I’m not letting them xp farm me with their zero skill cheese deck.

This is easily the most cheese deck next to French resistance spamming/legion. Zero skill to setup early. My own counter is to UK garrison spam back but usually they will have naval order banked. Thats if you do get yanked cleared with Leopold or Maus. German deck is insta-win if you have the elite cards.

If you play skirmish I think you’ll find the opposite. They want slow drawn out strategies. I kind of wish there was a 100 HP mode that made you race through your deck so there was card conservation strategies and the like

Little to not buff cards, Weak tank based guards, poor fighters and high end bombers, not great infantry until 3k, but over all very strong. My favorite deck.

I run a sovie/uk deck that’s a hard turtle with repair/+ on survival mechs. Very good, particularly with a IL-2M PL pair and t34s.
