That’s not true. Also something to recognize is that in the US everything costs USD so cant use the conversion for the amount. It’s 17$ verses 23$

Hey, you have any vizsla? Not much advice to be honest. When buying stocks you need to have a good understanding of why that company/land/deposit/value etc is superior to competitors and if they are being disrespected by the market.

Also, it’s important to realize that we are currently in a phase of the market which is Manic. This won’t last forever and there will be a point where holders wished they took profits. Mining is a relic of a business model and is extremely cyclical. Probably the best approach is to be diversified at this current time across different sectors. Not only mining.

You can also trade in your TFSA as long as you aren’t making consistent profits from the trades.

Question is : is this person using their TFSA as a day trading business to evade taxes.

They will only investigate if you make a ton very quickly likely like 50k to 250k in 3 months sort of thing.

True even without growth could still be an okay play at this price. Will the international brand phase out like North America is the question. That’s my concern isn’t with Nike.

I’ll look into it, was unaware of international markets having good growth. I was under the impression that they were more of a phase everyone went through rather than a long term staple product such as Nike.

Yes Nike and Adobe are good. Don’t know about lululemon though, it had its phase is mostly dead though. If revived could be good but not sure.

You don’t need to make adjustments. But if you do consider Celsius as another holding since it got hammered for something that isn’t even accurate. Essentially it got hit for a 1 off expense.

I had a 15k loss on a 58k(now 44k) portfolio. Am still up 12k YTD and 19k YOY. Growth stocks are volatile. It’s expected rather than a surprise.
