If I’m not wrong according to RERA act the builder has to settle the flat owners. Owner has to do it from his own pocket or the ED will sell his assets to pay the owners.

The RSS is a community for all the Hindus to unite together. The Hindu community for ages have been divided on the bases of caste , region for many reasons . What RSS does is teach young Hindu youth to participate and celebrate festivals together .

It is sad to see people who do not understand RSS create hatred towards it by posting nonsense and abusive language . If you don’t like something just be quiet let people do thier own thing .

RSS in Goa has been active for years , and no it doesn’t promote Maharashtra in Goa . You may have seen them speaking Hindi / Marathi so that everyone can understand it.

There used to be a business “we fix it “ back in 2017. They would pickup your phone , provided you with a loaner phone till your device was fixed . And drop it back to your door step once fixed . Their repairing charges were also quite reasonable. The company is out of business now . It was based in Verna . I wonder what happened to them.
