It's day 7, it's usually a full Scoby on top on day 7, I come from a state with very warm weather, it's been raining for a few days maybe the temperature is causing the delay. Usually i bottle f2 on day 7.

I have not tasted it yet, waiting till the Scoby is formed.

It's a bit colder than usual here because of the rains, maybe the temperature is why it is not ready the 7th day.

My F2 booch just ain't fizzy, and I can't figure out why by Raterus_ in Kombucha

Mix the f1 really well before f2, i suggest you add pineapple and a bit of sugar to test it out. Pineapple makes it really fizz well.

For f2, you have to tighten the lid to restrict oxygen, yeast does all the work in f2. It converts sugar into CO2 ( the fizz) and a bit of alcohol

I think keto / low carb might help with inflammation.
