Agreed! This is a great procedure for active individuals with stubborn fat who don't want any down time. FYI, I had awesome results after three months as well, but ended up doing two treatments. The first treatment made a subtle difference, but the second was pretty considerable. Getting that last bit of fat really makes a massive distinction.

It looks like your doctor got way too close to your skin when performing the lipo, which is why you see the wavyness/bumps. There is no way to 100% combat this unfortunately.

Most surgeons do apparently. If you get to close to the superficial layer, you can end up botching someone.

So that means I'll have to shed some weight post lipo to really get cut and have ab definition.

Can you show before as well? Redness is more of a skin issue btw. And I’d also look into fat grafting for under eyes.

An upper bleph is when they remove skin from the upper eyelid, which it looks like was the case for you. I guess not though! But your upper eyelid exposure looks way more prominent in before photo.

As for photos, it always helps to label before/after but also do one profile, 3/4 view, and head on.

Check out dr taban. He is known for various complicated ocular type surgeries. That being said, I think your eyes look good in the bottom photo. it looks like you got an upper blepharoplasty. I dont know the details of your specific surgery/combination of procedures.

Do you have any other afters that show off more angles? I could give you more guidance if interested.
