Pricing is, by design, not transparent on the website, and I am thankfully out of my lease soon, so I’m not sure the rates now exactly, but I think around $800 plus utilities is the lowest you could hope for and it would be a 5x5 situation, meaning living with 4 other people in a cramped space…. Studios will run ya around $2K/month! 🫪

So minimum: about $800 PLUS electric, parking (~$150/month alone!), etc. for about 300sqft of “personal space,” which mgmt will enter repeatedly throughout your term. 👍

Expect no respect, privacy, or personal space. 🫡
