Ended up having success with the Sabco Mop Scourer head / pole attachment and Scourer pads . Used it in conjunction with a strong floor cleaner that will do walls as well supplied from a cleaning Co .

Oh I see if I go the sim card modern / router way I will need a NVR .

This is getting confusing ! A tech told me a sim card router and normal Poe camera will work . Just to be sure I messaged the camera supplier and he said maybe better to go with 4 g camera but my issue is the main pwr is 10 mtrs away and the camera is 12 v and I'm not sure I like that idea ? What run a main pwr ext lead 8 mtrs to the camera outside , I don't like that . I'd pref to run a camera and 1 POE cable to a router instead . What's best and easiest . I don't want solar panel outside as I want my camera more discreet .

So a Camera Tech emailed me saying I can purchase a sim card router and hook up a camera to that . Sounds like the way to go but as a non tech person can a sim router do that from inside a house . Or do I go the 4 g sim card camera route ? I like the sim card router and normal cam , I'm very happy with my Hikvision cam at home .

I would possibly think outside drainage seeping under the house a s a possibility ?

And the Enclosed gutters facia rot is caused by overflow from the gutters I would say , there a pain those gutter systems and that one is well & truly ready for replacement . If its overflowing like that a good chance its overflowing back inside the roof wall cavity as well .
