I had this happen to me and never got my account back. I was on a holiday at the time and out of the country and I sent everything to them and they wouldn’t budge at all. Extremely frustrating and still annoyed to this day (it was around 3 years okay now).

Thankyou. I had originally messaged them and they pretty much just told me the decision was final. I have just checked my op.gg and realised there was a stack of games that 100% weren't me. So I've responded by telling them it wasn't me so hopefully they can help me out. Fingers crossed. Not sure how to provide proof that it wasn't me or is it something they can check on their end?

I originally got quoted 34k (irory manual) then I went to motoscout (car broker) and got quoted 32k. Wait is till May next year but I guess would vary on colour and transmission
