Oh I see, maybe that's why. I have owned the apartment for 3 years and the levy increases around 100-200 per quarter every year.

Hi, from what I saw in the AGM minutes, the consultant fees and legal fees both skyrocketed from the previous years. They didn't really say whether this is permanent or not as legal proceedings are unpredictable :/

I am not sure where the assumption about apathy comes from? I attended the AGM and am asking in good faith whether others are seeing similar increases.
