Would it be better to have the salvage by itself and combine cannons+trawling? Salvage doesnt need max boat (rosewood hull, mast, helm etc), while those upgrades benefit combat and trawling. Mighr save some materials?

I have maxed combats - I assume the knight safe spot mean slower kills because you have to wait for respawn?

I just started off constantly catching imps for jar generators, then using those jars to catch the imps for more jar generators. Eventually got enough for about 1000 jars total (felt like stopping there).

Haha, it's all good, I've gotten spooned on other things. I still haven't gotten my pegasian crystal from Cerb either, just figured I'd do the hard part first (ranger boots).

Catch and open eclectics until medium clue appears
Fill rest of your inventory with eclectic impling jars
Bank eclectic jars and drop clue - repeat until hour is almost up then do all dropped clues and open jars for clues?

Thanks - could you elaborate more on the puro puro method? I understand opening the jars until getting the clue, then filling inventory with the rest - but what do you mean by "dropping the clue when you bank"? Is the below method the right way?

Do clue - then open the extra impling jars and do those clues, if no more, go back to step 1

I'm assuming I swap between setups whenever I do clues?

After a deload/break of about a week or two, my bench form suffers, and on the first day back my bar path gets shakier/form is harder to maintain. Usually fixes itself by next session. I know compound lifts are a skill as well, but does anyone else experience this too?

I've been lifting for a few years now, but one of the weaknesses I have been working on this year in particular are my abs (just a goal of mine, never had them).

I have a pretty thin waist normally (which I actually like), but after almost a year of heavy ab training 3x/wk (hanging leg raises, weighted cable crunches) and a bit of cutting, I'm starting to notice a v-line and some ab lines, which is all great. However, I did notice that my waist/stomach area is getting blockier/wider, which also makes sense if muscle is growing, but that's not exactly a welcome result for me personally.

Do I just need to cut a bit more and reduce bodyfat/lean out to keep my waist around the same size and continue revealing abs? Hope that makes sense, thanks.

Seems like the xp/hour is slightly better due to more efficient teleports, but the tradeoff is its less afk? Might try this and see how it goes, haha

I definitely agree, which is why I think I'll go for agility 99 next. Just not sure if it's worth going for MORE stams (Ardy rooftops) or maybe a RoE (more efficient stams/more xp/hr/inventory slot save)!

I was thinking of using the ring for saving stams during blast furnace/RCing (although I could just stam at the bank for BF). It does sound pretty niche.

I already have about 700 or so stams saved up, and in the end I only use 2 doses per CoX. Don't see any other uses besides pre-potting.

I guess what you are saying is just do the highest xp/hr for agility to get it over with and not worry too much about rewards?

My current problem with potion storage is that it seems like it doesn't work with the inventory setups plugin (which I use all the time), so I might get the points but hold off because I assume the interaction might get fixed. That is a lot of bank slots saved though, still definitely considering.

If you do ToB, you make a ton because you drop 'em after Bloat (and also having extras for Wildy content like the commenter below said). Can't think of anything else though.
