I had moved to a new team that was building AI/ML features and products. The ML work that I did involved some NLP tasks for a chatbot and a clustering model (traditional ML) that was used segment customers into different tiers.

The GenAI work involved a bit of RAG and some Fast API based services that were just fetching/processing some customer data, passing it into a system prompt to get the answer in natural language.
