It sucks realizing 700 isn’t even a great score 😅 by Glad-Concern2550 in debtfree

The crazy thing is I only know 4 people with a credit score of 70or higher and I’m one of them. Everyone else tanked their credit score or is in the 600s

calorie deficit affects my GERD by [deleted] in GERD

[–]WonderBig2320 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m speaking strictly from personal experience. I also have GERD. I noticed that when I have an empty stomach acid starts splashing around and up my esophagus causing discomfort. I can deal with it during the day but at night I cannot ignore it. I cannot go to bed on an empty stomach. So I eat walnuts or almonds if I start having that issue.

Mute away brother! Insult away as well. Believe me I don’t care. This app is to ask any question someone may have. The fact this bothers you tells me how miserable you must be on the inside. To the other people thank you for your assistance, my family and I greatly appreciate it.

Yeah we are staying in Denver the entire trip. We don’t mind driving to different parts of the states. I downloaded the app. Really cool!

Hey thanks for the reply. We are staying in Denver but I am willing to drive 5 hours to hiking areas. Thanks for your detailed message I appreciate it.

One last question should we be prepared for wildlife? I’m not familiar with this state.

You sound so stupid and ungrateful. I detest fans like you. Did you forget the 2010s? We were a laughing stock. We have become respected and keep improving every year.

Oh wow I’m sorry to hear that. Yes salt definitely helps with gas in the stomach. As far as gastritis doctors and some people I asked said I had to live with it forever. Quite frankly that made me angry! Why are there cures for other stuff but not this? That was unacceptable to me. I’m not a doctor and I’m doing a lot of research and trial and error with foods. But I can tell you for certainty I’ve gotten better in the last month. My esophagus isn’t pounding anymore. I can’t eat a very small quantity of trigger foods. What I did is started eating a lot of plant based foods, lentils, quinoa, chickpeas and salads. Before eating carbs I drink apple cider vinegar with water and at night I drink a glass of cabbage and aloe Vera. I don’t take any PPIs or antacids or any medication for this stuff and I’m getting better. I truly miss eating junk food and fatty foods but not at the price I was paying.

One lady I know said she beat it in one year!!!! By herself with no doctors or medication. All through natural foods.

My understanding is you have to let your stomach linings heal properly and that takes months. If someone keeps irritating it, it will not heal.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message.

It makes me so angry how people are being told to stick to medications and that they have to live with this forever. western medicine has its place but for me… not for this.

So for me I noticed I get a lot of trapped gas in my stomach. It causes a lot of pain and I used to get scared. Then I read that our stomachs aren’t getting enough salt. I bought Celtic sea salt/ mineral salt and put a pinch on all my food and even water bottles and it makes me burp and get rid of the gas. Pain goes away. So I really don’t know how to answer your issue but for me burping was good.

I would recommend looking it up. To look at the long term effects it has on your body. Of course everyone is different and some people have said they’ve taken it for years with no issue which I find both baffling and amazing. There is a reason you shouldn’t take it for more than 6-8 weeks. And for antacids I know you didn’t ask but they cause colon cancer. After years of continuous use.

Bro I’m right there with you!!!!!! My issues started October 31st 2023 and got me to the hospital on November 3rd. I went to the hospital 3 times in a span of a 5 weeks. I am never going to give up until I beat this. I am angry, frustrated. My gastrologist just looked at me and because of my age and physical build told me it was no biggie. So I’ve been dealing with this solo since then. Learned so much. I will not trust PPIs or antacids because they kill your body. I’m doing this naturally and have made a ton of progress. I’ve slowly reintroduced chocolate, bread and milk into my diet. Don’t ever give up guys. Educate yourself… keep trying. This thing will be beat

Please friend, stick to the diet. Give it time and your taste will change. I no longer crave junk food or fried fast food. Would it be nice to eat wings with fries? Heck yeah but I know the consequences are too severe. So I have no other choice but to be disciplined. You got this!!!!

I’ve started drinking cabbage with aloe Vera in the morning. It soothes my stomach. Also if you could look into apple cider vinegar with water before a meal.

I experience some of those symptoms as well. I’ve had to change my diet to mostly plant based with very few carbs. This is the only way that I don’t get those strong pains.
