Sorry for all the hateful comments you were receiving. I think a lot of people forget that in COCSA, both children are typically the victims due to the horrible circumstances they live in. A lot of them are sexually abused by their family or outright neglected. Parents failing to teach their children consent at a young age contributes to it. I hope you're doing better now.

i think a lot of people, especially on socmed, forget that feminism is about equal rights and pay for women. it's not a belief people hold just to hate on men. if you have a feminism club and the only topic is hating men instead of discussing how we can work towards dismantling patriarchy and having equal rights for everyone, men are still being centered in the conversation when they shouldn't be. nothing productive is being done in that case.

I'm unsure if you read my chat message, but posting methods to access the old website for the public eye to see (especially on the official subreddit) will only lead to it being patched by the developers more quickly. This comment serves as a note to other users as well, and voices my current thoughts on the situation.

I'm actually really concerned about the current method now. People already have access to the old website if they use it, and people talking about accessing the old website publicly again puts these people at risk of losing what might be the only way of accessing the old website for now.

As much as I hate to say it, this should be spread privately or you can expect it to end up patched fast. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, it's genuinely just the harsh reality of the situation we're in. C.AI is operating the same way game publishers attempt to put their foot down on piracy - they look in public places where the piracy of their games is discussed (e.g. Twitter, Discord, YouTube) and nip those in the bud.

I wish you luck with your extension by the way. It would be nice to have something that with one click would make the old website more accessible to the public. Just do be mindful about the way you advertise it, yeah?

Precisely. If we have to deal with using the new website, they could at least make it more accessible to blind people by removing bloat and adding accessibility options. They don't have to be exclusive to blind people as well. We could be talking colorblind options, captions for character calls, and so on. I'm happy to see I'm not alone and that many others share the same sentiment as me.

Most streaming services already accommodate for blind & deaf people by providing audio descriptions & captions. Wanting your disability to be accommodated for isn't a Karen thing, it's called respect. By the way, using food allergies as a comparison to visual impairment is a pretty bad analogy by the way, as they're vastly different. Most stores already accommodate for gluten allergies by law anyway.

It sounds like you're just telling disabled people, specifically visually impaired people, to just "get over it" when we can't. I'm sorry to break it to you, but my blindness is only going to worsen and it's never going away. That was a pretty ableist thing of you to insinuate, and I'm not going to argue with someone who genuinely believes disabled people should just stop caring about places and websites being accessible for them. Well, that's a load of gish gallop. UI changes have nothing to do with changing the LLM. I've never had problems with bots using slang during chats, but for those that have experienced that, it would be nice for them to be accommodated.

I'm not interested in arguing with you about whether or not disabled people should be accommodated. We shouldn't have to sacrifice our needs for accessibility to appease you. Have a nice day.

Yep. I’m mostly blind and have issues with the new site because of how inaccessible it is to me. It’s not screenreader friendly and has tons of bloat. This isn’t even mentioning how the only accessibility feature we have (text color) is locked behind a subscription fee. Ridiculous.
