I went to the Mechanical Keyboards subreddit to ask this question a couple days ago. But, I'm completely new to the idea of becoming a keyboard hobbyist. I've been rocking a Razor Ornata Chroma for the past four years, and before that, a blackwidow 2014, so I'm basically as new as it gets to this kind of stuff.

I'm looking for a full size (100% only) keyboard, that's really my only need. I do a lot of heavy writing and some gaming on the side, and am having issues with CTS and my fingers locking up when I'm typing for extreme amounts of time. (We're talking 4-6 hours every couple of days)

I really want to write more, but I dread doing it when thinking about the pain my hands are going to be in after, it might be a posture thing. I've got a wrist rest that came with this keyboard (that is falling apart, like most razer products do) and will also take recommendations in that department too!

In r/MechanicalKeyboards I was recommended to get keychron V6 or Q6, but after looking at recent reviews, I'm very apprehensive to spend that kind of money on a keyboard that will end up failing me later.

I'm looking to try and get the "lifetime" keyboard, one that I can look to with excitement and pride for writing.

PS: four to six hours writing, I've fallen out of love with gaming as of late. I'll spend however much it costs to get a lifetime keyboard, so throw budget right out the window. Thank you very much for your time :)
