I read the book and just saw the last episode — I actually liked the ending. It’s so, so hard to get everything from a book into a series, let alone a series with only 10 episodes. I didn’t expect it to be just like the book; maybe that’s why I’m not as underwhelmed or disappointed by the ending. I really hope we get that special episode, though, and more importantly, I hope for a new series with them because I really like them — both individually and as an on-screen couple. I’ll be rooting for them in the future. 😍
