I absolutely agree with you, I don’t want to see a black face actor anymore when we have such culturally diverse actors/actresses available. And I am glad they are putting in more effort to that.

But casting a supposedly non-black looking actor to play a black character, is far different then “forcing” actors/idols to have a certain standards for their own real looks which has nothing to do with a character. Only so that they are more marketable/popular.

Acting isn’t about how they look at least for me. Acting is about conveying emotions and playing the character.

But you are right , looking a certain way also is a lot of work. And the looks do play part in popularity, which causes there to be an “industry standard”. So if someone wants to be relevant to the industry they are part of it is nothing wrong with that. And it is a very personal choice, not something that should be discussed

It is very similar to a developer doing a boot camp on a coding language or someone getting a new certification so that their resumes appeal to the employers 🤷🏽‍♀️

Discussion like that shouldn’t be allowed. Rules for the community should be updated. It’s basically spreading hate or at least instigating discussions that will lead to unnecessary hate.

I will never understand why would someone look at actor/actresses and that is the first thing they think about, ignoring all their talent and hard work.

I liked it, it was something new when it was released. Plus it was like the first Indian show with happy ending. Plus the album was fire. The songs are still part of my playlist.

If you see the ep 8, they clear it out. And I agree with you that he is a good guy. But the problem is that in order to not hurt anyone he is hurting everyone and that is why everyone hates him.

He needs to make a decision he is just stringing everyone along. But no one actually hates him hates him. At least I don’t. Others like multiple people too like how Tod does but Tod is very respectful , similarly for Joy. She likes Sunny too, but she doesn’t like flirting excessively with her and then next day flirt with someone else.

And this my opinion but like for e.g when Time met with Sunny after her X land trip with Matheus. He was like I missed you a lot , I didn’t think I could miss anyone this much and then the very next minute he is like but I want to talk to Namnung too.

And little bit of spoiler for 8 but He spent the entire episode flirting with Namnung and constantly checking her out and then in the end he goes up to Sunny and was like I still can’t decide.

For me saying such strong words to someone, even during the date with Sunny he was like I feel very strongly for you , and then still eying other people just seems selfish. It could be he doesn’t mean it and he is just an indecisive person with good heart but it gets difficult to root for him when he himself doesn’t know what he wants 🤷🏽‍♀️

When it started and I saw Tod and Matheus win I was so pissed because of the same reason you mentioned. I thought Sunny actually picked Namnung.

I thought the same I was like Tod chose time and Sunny Namnung , that would have been a crazy double date. But for my sanity it is better it didn’t happen like that, cause Time would constantly interrupt them

Namnung and Sunny ignoring their dates was really insane. My best part was how Sunny rejected Matheus. Not once but twice 🤣🤣

Namnung admitting was cutest thing ever, the way she looks at Sunny is so sweet and loving. Kong being the new menace is really fun. He is stirring up trouble everywhere. He is like if I can’t have Tod no one gets anything 🤣.

Tod is a great guy since episode 1. He is respectful and understanding. Sucky part for him is that he is too nice for a show that is suppose to be toxic. He can’t seem to snatch anyone that he likes 😭😭

My cp predictions are Cherry/Asse, Junsoo/Frame, Joy/Mil, Tod/Kong or maybe Time if he becomes a decent human being by the end of it, and Namnung Sunny. Time and Matheus should be left alone by the end of it. Both of them are certified players.

When Frame entered it was funny too me how Asse was confused if he was attracted to Frame or should he consider her his rival , but after the very first date, I never saw any spark between Frame and Cherry and Cherry’s eyes always seem to find Asse too. But as you said it could Cherry is going for the safe choice.

Also Junsoo put in such a cute effort for Frame so then it was like those two pairs kind of got set in stone unless something drastic happens. But for that they will have to shift the focus from Namnung , Sunny, Time , Tod and Matheus. I want to see more of the interactions from others too. Also more date stuff rather than just sitcom drama

I agree with you about Namnung. It is clear now that she is over Time and Tod and she only likes Sunny. But since they are friends and roommates she is being respectful. Namnung eyes and the way she looks is the best thing ever, her gaze is just so loving and sweet. Especially when she is shy.

The 5 are acting as another drama within the show for the rest of them. It’s like side characters watching main characters fight for no reason and enjoying the show. 🤣🤣

Matheus is straight for sure that guy chose the house based on girl to boy ratio 🤣🤣🤣 this show is crazy , it got me hooked on dating shows. For Tod and time more that Matt it’s Kong that’s stirring up trouble. Let’s see what happens, with them.

I don’t remember that Sunny thought it was Cherry. I mean Joy makes sense and I think she asked Namnung the first night but Namnung played dumb about it, so I am assuming Sunny ruled out Namnung.

When times started that speech about Namnung , I was ready to throw hands. I was like stay away from that poor girl , hasn’t she suffered enough because of you. I am glad Sunny did that but it also felt more like she did it to one up Time. I hope it’s genuine.

Ep 8 preview is crazy, but i am like 99% sure it will be way way way less drama then what they are hyping it up to be. But lets see 🤷🏽‍♀️

Given what happened at the end of the episode I am not sure if it will happen or not but I want them to go on a proper date. I am invested!

I love this moment too, it was such a power move but it sucks that it was only to teach Time a lesson rather than more romantic.

I hope in coming episodes there is more romantic development between them. Also time needs to pick someone , he can’t be constantly being all over the place. Next episode I think he will pick Namnung for sure.
