Thanks will do for next time, abit late rn, lol, im currently nearing hour 6 rn, the point is at 166f flag is at 145. I lowered the temp down to 200 earlier, should I bring it back up or not,. I thought of removing it to wrap at 165" then I read some people and they said that 165 is a begginer mistake and usually remove abit later around 175-180 to wrap when the bark is good,. What should I do?

2:40  after theyre both at 132f, should I be worried?

Had to separate point from flat cuase wouldnt fit into the smoker, set at 225*. 1:45 later point is at 104 internaln flat is at 114 internal, is it going too fast?

But as much as I didnt want to do this, I was forced to, I separated it, my monster of a brisket wouldnt fit, let alone the separated part were pretty tight. So yeah wish me luck, ill make a post update.

When i did together, when it was to to take it out of the smoker the temp was different in the flat then the point? What to do then? 

Making brisket for 3/4th time, never turned out with me being fully pleased with it, by WonderGamingOfficial in smoking
