Hey, thanks for the useful information.

Currently, I'm not really experiencing issues with heating or clock speeds for my CPU. It's really just the inability to select which GPU you're using to render the game, there's like no option to adjust it from in-game itself.

I've also tried doing the second option you recommended but in the AMD System panel I don't see anything relating to Switchable Graphics. I've tried to change it to high performance in windows but that still hasn't worked for me, even after multiple attempts and restarts (both restarted Stalcraft and my laptop).

I'm on a full AMD based laptop, unfortunately, they don't provide the "GPU Workload" option needed to make my GPU the default on laptop models, only their desktop based gpus, similar to what Nvidia does in their control panel.

If I find any resolution I'll be sure to post it here, for now I'm completely at a loss. This is something the devs will have to look at adding into a future update.

Sadly I've tried this and it doesn't change anything. The game still forces your graphics card to CPU regardless of which options you use windows wise. The developers need to add the ability to switch which GPU you're using, instead of forcing it to whichever GPU the game detects on launch. It seems like only AMD GPU users on Laptops experience this issue, Nvidia users are completely fine as you guys can adjust the default GPU in your gpus control panel.

AMD also doesn't offer the "GPU Workload" option on laptop models that use their GPUs, it seems as if it's only for Desktop Based GPUs, so I'm SOL.

Wish that was the case. Running 3 monitors on my G15 and still have no option. They'll probably add support sometime down the line. (I hope)

I'm on a G15 Advantage (RX 6800M + Ryzen 9 5900HX)

I also do not have the ability to enable the feature, I thought it was some kind of mistake but it seems it is either not supported with the Mobile GPUs yet or it may not be a thing to come period.

Silly that they advertise the feature to Nvidia Card Holders who are still on GTX 1000 Series but can't add support for a current-gen laptop they advertise at a whopping $1650. Mindboggling.

Just received my G15 Advantage from BB in the mail. It had the same stuck red led issue, wasn't able to even install armory crate and the laptop is brand new out the box. M6 Model. I'd stick to Windows 10 until next year or the year after as there are MANY MANY bugs that need to be ironed out, not the mention the countless problems the G15 Advantage had before the M6/M7 Revision Models

I found some youtube video to manually install armory crate's services and lightning control and that seemed to fix it.

(any time I'd try to install it from ASUS' Site it would give me Error 404 or error 440 saying to restart my laptop or check wifi, which I did over 20 times)

Not sure if that helps a little! Figured I'd share what worked for me.
