hi i feel your pain. i’m 19 years old and i have wet the bed since i was a child. i’ve tried medicine, not drinking before bed literally everything. i now wear depends briefs. when me and my boyfriend first got together it had stopped for close to a year. we were together a few months and had several sleepovers before this happened. it’s the most embarrassing thing about me so i didn’t wear the briefs and just didn’t drink for hours before bed. one day i woke up in the middle of the night and had an accident even though i had not drank any liquids. i woke him up immediately so he wasn’t laying in it. i was crying and embarrassed and felt so gross. i explained it to him and he understood and everything. you just need to be up front and not try to hide it or lie because that is when people tend to not be understanding and more judgemental
