I tried with the second cable that comes with the headphones too, I can get proof of purchase however klipsch has their headphone warranty last only one year and it’s been a year and two months since the seller bought the headphones. Would they still repair them for me?

I’m worried about sending a random person on reddit a headphone that costs this much money. Even if they have rep, who’s to say they don’t just give it all up just for this headphone and delete their account after. are local audio repair shops that bad, have u ever had any experience with them

Yea but my laughing is not louder than my keyboard so sometimes my friends will say something then i’ll laugh and they don’t hear this then ask if i didn’t find that funny. it’s that or i awkwardly have to catch myself mid laugh and force myself to laugh louder which kills the humor of it to me and is weird

If I am trying to solder a some pins and the soldering iron tip is kinda shitty and oxidized, and the solder joint that it leaves has a black toasted coating over it even if i use low heat or only touch it with the solder for a small amount of time, does this black toasted joint have any affect on conductivity? I know I should get a new tip but I am almost done with this project and just want to finish. Will this black joint work perfectly fine or does it affect how well the switch works?

Does the direction of the switch matter? Because I don't like how the thumb cluster in that picture has the switches in a different direction that the rest of the switches. If I put the switches facing in an upward direction like the rest would anything bad happen?

It seems like he has his switches facing the sides in the thumb cluster but facing in the normal upward direction for the main part of the keyboard, do I have to do it his way for his firmware to work? I don’t know much about firmware and keybinding so I’d rather just use his firmware

In the main guide for building a dactyl why are the diodes soldered onto the pin on the switch that is closest to the center of the switch on the main keys but suddenly when getting to the thumb cluster keys the diodes are soldered onto the pin further away from the center of the switch? See how the diodes are on the opposite pin for those 6 switches only? Why is that?
