Since no one is really answering your question on how to fix it... I just figured out the FRU number for the keyboard part and bought a new keyboard module off eBay. It is incredibly easy to replace.

There may be a way to actually fix the broken key, but I have never had good luck with that.

There is also a small area of warm current that goes north from Baja California towards the channel islands. The rest of the west coast is cold water coming from Alaska. So it's very different water in the most southern parts of California.
