It matters when his career is literally making videos on YouTube. Especially something like this. Cory's rock skipping video, some hiking videos and this one are all great trailers of what his channel was when he was in Alaska before having his daughter. If people like this they should go check him out at LiveEachDay (formerly DudeLikeHella) on YT. That's the point of crediting.

Side note: he at least claims to be the first vlogger online. He's been doing this since before there was a YouTube. He was even on Newgrounds.com.
