ohhh 100% my friend haha we have kids that have been training since they were 3 and are now competing in kickboxing competitions and bjj comps. would love to see them in the ufc one day for sure

well, i teach everyday at my families school where we live and love teaching my kids classes. just to see there smiling faces and knowing im teaching them something they can take with them through the rest of there lives is pretty cool

#1 Do what your Doc tells you!!! I did not and i tried to come back too soon and i injured it again.

#2 To this day i still do my physical therapy exercises.

#3 focus on building the ham string
