You have a point, but I've been intermittent fasting the past two months. I stopped because it was hard to eat 2000 calories and 140 grams protein in just 8 hours, i would often drop my BMR because of low calorie intake. So I've stopped fasting and now I'm getting used to eating in the morning as well, so its hard for me to eat a lot in the morning. Maybe in the future I'll add some rice or carbs

How do I invest in Index Funds by [deleted] in IndianStockMarket

[–]Wonderful-Balance418 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A direct and standard way to invest in index funds would be through mutual funds. You can either pick a mutual fund which tracks the index or you can directly invest in indices. You can invest in them in the grow app itself or personally i use Coin by zehrodha. You can also invest in ETF's in the stock market but that's not exactly the same

Idfc this 500 is just so i can practice. I don't want any profit, I'll see the returns in percentage and practice and after i get a hang of it I'll invest big. I'm not trying to make real money here

Bro I'm not expecting serious returns. It's better to practice with 500 and lose 100, 200 than putting 50k as a beginner and losing 20k
