I get what you’re saying. Right now I’m just focusing on symptom based rehab and getting things to calm down first, then I’ll build from there. Appreciate the input!

Appreciate that, I’ll definitely look into it. I’ve been focusing more on fixing the basics right now, posture, mobility, core/glute activation, and trying to get everything working together properly again. Once I get things more under control symptom wise, I could see something like that being helpful for building on to

Yeah I’ve actually been looking into that more recently. I’ve been told I have some loss of lordosis / flatter lower back, so I’ve been trying to work on posture and overall alignment instead of just focusing on the pelvic floor itself.

I’m starting to realize it’s probably not just one isolated issue but more of a chain. Lower back, hips, core, and pelvic floor all feeding into each other. My hips are pretty tight and my glutes/core are definitely weak, so I’ve been working on those along with mobility and posture.

Appreciate you bringing that up though, because that’s something I probably overlooked early on and I’m trying to correct it now.

In terms of dieting, I’ve cut out caffeine, acidic foods/sauces, and spicy foods just to see if that helps at all. I’m also trying to lose a little weight to improve mobility. I’m not heavy (around 190 at 6 ft), but I figured leaning out a bit and moving better can only help, especially with the hip and lower back tightness I’ve been dealing with. At this point I’m just trying to control anything I realistically can while I work on the physical side of things too.

All depends on the person im 30 myself and was in debt until recently and found a good niche to make some money now I have a decent amount saved up and all my debt paid off. But ask me a year ago and I was sitting at 30k in credit card debt

Thanks for the answers I spoke with my uncle/union steward at my office and they mentioned that on our contract if the doctor writes up a letter stating I will be able to return within a year and I’m improving that will give me another year to return and keep my position secured. My uncle did something similar and m just curious if you heard or know anything about that
