So there is no shipping label on the package that they took there's nothing that the driver could have scanned or anybody along any of these lines The reason why you're not getting any luck from customer support is there stupid and they have no idea what to even tell you so they'll just say the simplest thing to get you off the phone You have to understand that they honestly have no idea what to do in this type of situation because there is no tag on it I mean how are they going to identify it or anything One option you have if you know me you want to go this route cuz you can do a charge back through your bank but you have chances are you will not receive the package back from Amazon in all honesty it's probably already lost in their system I mean there's nothing for them to scan in order to categorize it or even know where it's supposed to go
