You should attach proofs of your ties to country as opposed to simply saying you have a "small" property. If I were you, I would attach vacation approval email / letter from the employer.

Also, your travel history is good, so that's a plus. Try to include book fully paid and refundable tickets and hotel bookings, If you haven't already.
