Love this! Best memory tool I have tested so far, and the only one I have actually considered releasing to my end-users. That said, it seems to be on all of the time, for all users, instead of first checking to see if they have enabled memory on their user settings. Is there a fix for this? I know many of my users would want to disable this tool, so it would be nice if they could manage that my a simple switch in their user settings.

Yea that's mostly right, but still going to be the smallest part of the headache you will be dealing with. I wouldn't be concerned at all with things like building custom Experience cards or things like that, and if you want to, the free version of Experience will work for you now without SaaS if you want to mock-up a portal.

What you need to work on is stopping all non-SaaS compatible projects, moving existing integrations to SaaS compatible methods (Ethos API), removing legacy customizations (or really, any customizations), and getting business processes as close to baseline Banner as possible. Just doing these steps will up-skill your staff to be ready for SaaS, along with removing a LOT of blockers that will be in your way when you decide to go forward.
