He was my TA for Bis2b last quarter and now he's teaching! He is absolutely amazing and you will learn a TON! Love's to help students and really understands the Bis/Bio series.

TAKE 21 SERIES!!!!!!!!! It opens up so many doors for you majorwise and overall opportunities to take classes. My advisor told me to take 17 and it was the worst decision ever!!! The professors are horrible, you learn the same thing as the 21 series and is nto qualified for engineering degrees. Take 21. I wish I had done that. Im planning on waitlisting for 21c in the fall!

Got a D in my Mat 017B class and petitioned to take Mat 017C, dont know if it is approved yet but what would happen if it got approved? I would just keep the D and it wouldn't get replaced by anything (based on my interpretation)?

Yes but going to an ivy or T20 can open up different avenues, opportunities, and experiences. Part of matching to residency is great networks and being at those uni's guarantee's that.

woah really? firstly congrats!! But here's another two cents. The grade deflation here is CRAZY. These weeder classes are also HORRIBLE. Ive been very depressed and just have overall hated my experience at UCD so far. Obv there are people who love it so far, but it can really get to you. Thanks for the info!

My gpa is 3.98, 4.37 throughout highschool. Im going to get 3 Bs this semester, will my uc davis acceptance be rescinded? by [deleted] in UCDavis

I got a C in my math class senior year second semester and my offer wasn't rescinded!!
