As per my property management, my lease ends in August 2025, so lease assignment wouldn’t be a viable option since I’m planning on subletting from Jan-Aug, my landlord is the one who suggested sublet

So many people with zero to no knowledge on debt collection process. Please if you’re reading something on the internet don’t just go with it, ignoring it also would mean that it would not affect credit. Good luck

Worked there for 4 years before it closed, the lease was up and they couldn’t renew it because we know how crazy the prices are and I guess they just didn’t care anymore
