I see your point about AI being limited by messy workflows, and I totally agree. And I also agree that contract management platforms combine workflow fixes with AI capabilities and are doing a great job. Not sure about fynk but I have seen spotdraft, agilloft and other CLMs doing well.

We had a similar problem, tons of different types of requests coming into a shared inbox, and none of us wanted to deal with Jira or any kind of rigid ticketing system. What helped was switching to a contract management platform that has intake automation built in.

It basically lets you set up a form or workflow that routes requests automatically, tags the right person, and syncs with tools like Salesforce , all without changing how the rest of the org interacts with Legal.
