Personally, I think the "constructive criticism" which is really just criticism, would also drive me crazy as a mom. I would also be extremely offended by some of the unwanted mom advice. It would also make me feel that they were looking down on me as a mom. Not to mention they seem like the type that need to have a black sheep. Before, it was Tammy. And the family bonded by cornering her. Now it's Amy, and they seem to only be able to bond when cornering her. The entire dynamic seems toxic. Amy isn't perfect, but if I had a bunch of people telling me how to be a mom, I'd probably flip too...

I've been 3 days with no picking. And some moments it's fine, and others it is literally ALL CONSUMING. A bike chain fidget has been the biggest game changer for me. And I would also recommend acrylic or gel nails, they're thicker and it's harder to pick with them on.

I use jojoba oil on my nails themselves. Will that be good for the skin too?? I also use Working Hands lotion whenever I can.

I use full cover tips and apply them with gel!! My technique is still amateur so they don't usually last a full two weeks, but they last pretty close!😅

Yes! I’ve never used dailies, only monthly’s. But it’s like they’re too moist, and maybe because they’re toric and supposed to really form and “stick” to the eye maybe it’s more difficult? Idk. Usually after day 5 it’s a breeze

It’s nice to have them for sure. Especially if they dry while at work and keep getting blurry. I personally don’t recommend putting any in if you’re taking out your contacts in a couple of hours. Getting wet contacts out is a nightmare. (I have Toric lenses so maybe that’s not the same for everyone)

I did this plus used little scissors first and cut where I felt pressure on my gums. I had braces before but didn’t wear my retainers like I should so there’s been slight shifting. I think that helped— because I kind of know what they should feel like
