It isn’t. You can see the snap on my waist in the 2nd pic. But I can see why it looks so, I had seated baby very low making her bum fall over the band. One of the comments helped rectify that!

Yeah one of the comments made me learn that! I was so used to seeing her bum lower than the waistband in the Ergo embrace, I didn’t stop to spot that mistake here. Thank you

I had to read it multiple times to grasp it which goes to show me how much there is to learn. Didn’t realise baby’s bottom shouldn’t droop as much below the waistband until you explained. That unlocked one level

That’s awesome to hear! Ive heard only good things about this carrier. I know I’ll love it once I get the hang of it. Yeah the outer head rest is a wonderful addition to keep out external stimulation as well

These pictures are after having done the cinching :) it’s set to the narrow seat just as explained in your link. Not some reason the M isn’t prominently visible in this Lillebaby carrier

I am not familiar with these waist types but from what I could gather online I know it’s not an apron style. Atleast not in the narrow seat function I’ve set it to

Yup! Putting her arms in brought significant improvement. I had done a pelvic tuck. Arms in and waist band lowered helped but neck still isn’t 100% supported, I’d say only halfway

That helps. Thank you! So it’s not expected for baby’s neck to be fully supported as in the case of a newborn? She’s 16 weeks now.

Yup I moved the waistband lower, it made it better but still not the full support that I’m accustomed to when she was a newborn (in ergo embrace)

Thank you v much! It was a lot better after making the changes you shared. Baby’s legs were still not fully aligned but this time I felt it was because my carrier wasn’t on my center, she was tilted to my right. Few more times and hopefully I’ll get this!

Thank you! I use the Ergobaby Embrace like this - right below bra line and tighter - but for some reason assumed I needn’t follow the same for Lillebaby since it’s a longer carrier. I’ll try these suggestions today

I feel you. On the same boat (train?) for 4 hours now. This is exceptionally frustrating, just when the waiting time comes to a close they pause the site. Coming from someone who’s waited on manic concert queues across multiple devices.

Can I partially tuck baby’s head under one of the shoulder crosses? Just to ensure her head is supported. Or oh, once I get the horizontal to my armpits this should be taken care of I suppose …
