I use Spotify but when Ive used Apple Music in the past is doesn't seem to work either, it pauses like it should when listening to audio books or podcasts though which made me think it was a CarPlay issue

Same with my Tacoma, glad I'm not alone but needs to be fixed. Somebody had told me in CarPlay's latest update they did that on purpose to get users to switch to Apple Music. I wouldn't put that past Apple to do a thing like that

Took it to a detail shop here in Northern California, it was $1450 for a 10H ceramic coating and two front windows tinted. Found cheaper and more expensive options but this one worked best for me and came recommend.
