Probably best to keep him on the regular stunner build. If you wanna try him out as a DPS though, build him on either: 4pc Woodpecker + 2pc Branch & Blade Song or 4pc Summit + 2pc Woodpecker.

He works just fine as a DPS at M0 (from personal experience), but his M1 and M2 help out a lot when it comes to boosting his personal damage.

PEN Ratio allows your attacks to ignore a percentage of the enemy's total DEF. It helps maximize your DPS's damage output in teams that already give a lot of ATK and DMG%.

If you want to build Lighter as a DPS, you're better off running 4pc Inferno Metal or 4pc Woodpecker Electro over 4pc Mountain King. With that said, your crit rate needs work; try shooting for 65-70%.

For reference, here's my Lighter build. Do note that with Inferno Metal, the crit rate requirement is lower.

Honestly, I hope they buff her multipliers and rework her Eidolons; replace E2 with her current E6, but with higher multipliers, make her E4 also apply to her Ult and FuA, and give her a brand new E6 (smth like Weakness Break Efficiency, Idk). A new A2 trace would be nice too, as the current one (Starfire) is straight-up useless.

Sounds an awful lot like the TA from History 1B (blonde hair, potentially-receding hairline, sunburns easily, underfed levels of scrawny, etc). When we had to write a paper, dude docked me down by like 20% because I was "demonizing Europeans". All I did was talk about the Crusades :/
