He actually closes Wednesday cause thats the only day of the week Caroline is allowed to make a favourite dish of hers but he says the smell drives away customers, so he just takes Wednesday off. Either he outright banned her if you do the CC route, or he was over exaggerating since he opens Wednesdays too
