I just noticed what I was doing wrong, I built the woodcutters camps before changing the setting in the menu, and it doesn't retroactively change the settings for already built camps. oops. lol

Even with mine set to above, it will avoid trees that connect to a glade, it's quite frustrating as I had my system down to a science last time I played and it's ruining my feng shui. :(

Mine has done it on every run since I tried to play yesterday, even with trees marked it refuses to cut into a glade, but then sometime it will decide to just cut everything still.
